Amalie is a short and surreal RPG Maker game. It follows the story of a girl and an angel who attempts to convince her to commit suicide.

a beautiful game, i loved the art and the music, suuper atmospheric and i think an interesting very ambient art piece about suicidal ideation and feeling trapped in your own self. fun themes about depression and fighting yourself in trying to get out. a work about transness and sa. to meeee ^_^

amalie has an evocative visual language reminiscent of mental and digital spaces ive been holed in before that stayed with me for life, and like the rest of cherry's work, this will stay with me for life as well.
